![]() Right around this time of the year teams are getting ready for the NFL draft. We are both huge football fans and one year we decided that we were going to switch teams based on a “trade” that happened. Another fun thing would be to give a word find assignment, but none of the words appear in the puzzle! Have fun with this one! Or you could give them math problems that they have never seen before and watch their eyes bulge when they see it. There is nothing that students hate more than a pop quiz! So why not spring one on them on April Fools’ Day? You could make up a pretend spelling list with words that you gave them “wink, wink” last week to study. ![]() When done tell them to enjoy! Of course, have some regular brownies on hand to pass out after the prank. You will immediately see their looks of bewilderment. You made a pan of “brownies.” Pass out napkins and then begin passing out your brown letter “e’s”. Tell the class that you made a special treat for all of their hard work this year.
